Controlling Systems — 20 years of the company and a long-term collaboration
Controlling Systems is one of our longest-standing clients. One of the projects created during this collaboration was an event report from the anniversary meeting of EURECA users, held in Wrocław on 25–26 September 2023 to celebrate 20 years of the company and the system.
The challenge
An event film should be more than a chronological record of the programme. For an anniversary, it is important to preserve the key moments of the meeting, show its participants and capture the atmosphere of the event.
Another important context was the significance of the meeting itself: Controlling Systems was celebrating 20 years of activity and the development of the EURECA system, while the event brought together its users, controllers and professionals working in corporate finance.
Our approach
While producing the report, we focused both on the official and substantive parts of the programme and on what happened between them: meetings between participants, conversations, reactions and moments that created the anniversary atmosphere.
The aim was to create a concise film report that would allow viewers to experience the atmosphere of the meeting again, while also documenting an important moment in the company's history.
THE EVENT

20 years of Controlling Systems
The meeting took place on 25–26 September 2023 in Wrocław — the city where the story of Controlling Systems and EURECA began.
The anniversary offered an opportunity to look back on two decades of activity, the development of controlling technologies and changes in the work of controllers and finance directors.
Knowledge and relationships
The programme included topics related to controlling, financial management, automation, Business Intelligence and the development of artificial intelligence.
At the same time, it was a meeting of EURECA clients and users — a space for conversations, networking and the exchange of experience between people who use the system in their everyday work.
